Due to the nature of items that we provide, we are unable to provide a refund. 

Our designers do copy and paste most of the time so make sure you have punctuation how you would like it, also please put commas between your words as sometimes we am not sure what words always go together. If an item needs to be reprinted, we am not responsible for any printing cost that have accumulated. we encourage you to double and triple check your proof.
